I have now been a member for several years. It’s simply a way of life. I really enjoy weightlifting and the trainers are very knowledgeable. BYB provides lots of support and helped to pinpoint my severe intolerance to gluten. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely loving my sessions at BYB! I have tried so many gyms and exercise plans that have never worked. I don't enjoy the gym and finding BYB was such a relief. I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding in September this year and it has been made so much easier by the small groups, great PT's and convenience of sessions. Would absolutely recommend!

Friendly alternative to big gyms - you work hard, but at your own pace and with lots of support and encouragement. Give it a go!

Boost Your Body has changed my Life!!! - for good

I've hated exercise of any kind all my life, there was always a reason not to do it. But peri menopausal, lacking energy , stressed up to the eyeballs, 50th birthday looming, I needed to try something different.

Wow this was a game changer ! The team are fantastic they support and encourage you without being pushy, are friendly but professional. Always have advice on nutrition or alternative training if you need it. The class programme changes every 3 weeks which stops you getting bored and ensures you are working all areas of your body. If I could afford to do 3 sessions a week I would. Oh how life has changed, my husband and kids have to try to keep up with me now. I have tons more energy, a new zest for life, a desire to improve myself and have made some new friends along the way.

I absolutely love this class and that is something I never thought I would say about exercise. The instructors (every single one) are motivational and encouraging. The groups are friendly and we have fun at the same time. I am now following the diet plan and enjoying the meals. Boost your body is a yes from me.

Love it have been going over a year and love all the classes the staff the app is very easy to leave a class if something comes up and you can’t make it.

When I started the 6 week programme at BYB my body was aching from too much running without cross training. I felt exhausted and although I am fit I felt out of shape. Ive just finished my first 6 weeks and I don't have that tired ache any more. I love the way I feel. The sessions are fun and I look forward to them. The coaches are brilliant, supportive and encouraging.

Fantastic PT sessions. Just long enough, mixture of exercises that regularly change. Options given if you want harder or more simple exercises, and great tips if you’ve problem joints etc., and support to ensure you’re doing exercises correctly
No judgement, just fun and good company - I couldn’t recommend more!
