Andrew is not only a first class personal trainer with an extensive technical knowledge, he’s also a friendly, helpful and approachable person who has a real dedication to sport and fitness. We started my PT sessions by looking at my current training plan and food diary and discussed how it could be adapted to meet my specific goal, which was to build strength. Andrew then helped me consolidate a plan to achieve this while measuring my progress. Each session was well used and he was able to fine tune my technique to ensure safe and productive weight lifting. The knowledge and confidence he instilled in me from the first session has given me the confidence to move forward with my strength training. As a personal trainer you won’t find anyone who is more committed to helping you meet and succeed your goals.

I've been going to Andrew for around 2 months now for Personal Fitness, in that time I've noticed a big improvement in how healthy and active I feel, along with having the confidence that I am putting on weight and muscle in a healthy way thanks to Andrew's input and micro/macro recommendations.

Andrew is extremely patient as a PT, on my first session I couldn't tell you how to lift a weight let alone use it safely, but he was very helpful and made sure I knew how to do everything correctly before I stepped foot in a gym outside of our sessions.

He also gave me a workout plan so that every time I go to the gym, I know what I'm doing, when I'm doing it, and how hard to push it on that day.

I'd recommend Andrew to anyone from complete novices to someone who knows what they're doing but wants some third person input on their workouts.

Andy is a fantastic trainer with a huge amount of enthusiasm and knowledge across all aspects of training whether it's Martial Arts, Strength or cardiovascular.

One of the things that always sets Andy apart is his attention to the small details that really make the difference. He's not just repeating text from a book - everything will already be tried and tested.
