Jonny is honestly the most accommodating personal trainer I have ever had. He caters for every body type with different goals and tailors a unique programme for them! His guidance throughout the session really encourages you to push yourself and you really feel like you are getting everything out of the session!! I cannot recommend Jonny enough! If you really want a trainer that helps you achieve your targets, change the way you think about your health and fitness and makes it fun- Jonny is the one!

Jonny is amazing! I was a self confused gym- o-phobe, hate busy gyms and didn’t want to feel
Uncomfortable and embarrassed. But Jonny has really changed everything for me. He helped me reach beyond my goals, and did so in such a comfortable manner that I actually really enjoy our sessions! Tailor made for me, so on a good day I can push myself to hit higher targets and on days I need to release some tension I get to hit the boxing bags! Either way always feel a huge achievement afterwards. Can’t recommend Jonny enough!!

I’ve been working with Coach JNunn now for over 12 months and as well as the positive physical changes that have taken place with my body shape my mental sharpness and wellness has also improved. I’d highly recommend anyone give this personal trainer a go...... You will not regret it

Jonny is a great PT and also a bit of a life coach :)
He keeps the sessions interesting and personal to your goals. He adapts the session each time depending on your energy levels and even mood, making sure you’re always enjoying and maximising the time you have with him.

Jonathan is a great personal trainer! I was initially very nervous about starting personal training having not done it before but Jonathan puts you at ease straight away. He is very passionate about his job and that comes through during the sessions, he is very encouraging (without being pushy) which enables you to exceed your own expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, having not used weights previously I was surprised by how quickly I progressed and changed my physique with his help and guidance. He also helped change my mindset towards fitness and my eating habits, providing clear goals/instructions on how to support my training through nutrition. If you’re looking for a personal trainer book Jonathan, you won’t regret it!!!

We had a great experience with John and our tailor made training plan, which included lots of weight training equipment as well as cardio exercises when requested, such as boxing and ropes. We would thoroughly recommend John as a personal trainer. He is extremely approachable and incredibly adaptable to whatever it is you want to achieve .

I began training with Jonny several months ago as I felt my fitness needed a complete overhaul. He’s very friendly, welcoming and obviously loves his job! Jonny is a fountain of knowledge on all aspects of fitness and nutrition. I can already see and feel the benefits of his coaching and I get a real buzz from my sessions. My programme is tailored specifically for me and is redone every 4 weeks with new goals and targets. Jonny also constantly reviews my nutrition and provides regular achievable improvements….. and the best bit is I’m loving it!!

Jonny is an excellent Personal Trainer. I joined in July and feel so much healthier, fitter and stronger. Jonny is a great motivator and very supportive - the 1:1 sessions are personalised to you and the support outside of the sessions are great. The advice and support with my nutrition as a Vegan has also been invaluable. Would highly recommend Jonny.
