A highly recommended service. From start to end the service received from both Wayne and Sarah was absolutely faultless.
Whilst Sarah was highly efficient at maintaining excellent communication; responding extremely quickly and keeping us well informed, Wayne was clear in his explanation when on site. He ensured that we knew exactly what he was going to do and debriefed us after.
The issue wasn’t an easily resolvable one, however the persistence in finding a solution was obvious. Various methods were used.
I would unreservedly, use The Pest Master again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a genuinely excellent service from people who are committed to finding a solution.

Bees in loft were dealt with professionally and Wayne explained ethical reasons for either leaving bees or removing them unharmed as much as possible. A speedy and effective service from the Pest Master! Would highly recommend and certainly value for money. Infestation in the loft was solved within 2 weeks. Sarah and Wayne have an excellent business and they are very professional. Wayne made three visits and the problem was resolved within this time. He is extremely knowledgeable about rodent infestation and has everything in his toolkit to eliminate the possibilities until the situation is resolved.

We had a Wasp nest in our Loft, an appointment was booked and Wayne arrived promptly and straight away explained everything that he could do. He immediately put our minds at rest, ensuring us that he could help us and swiftly. Nest was detected and the work was carried out, no mess and service was exceptional. We were delighted with the excellent service this company offer. Would not hesitate to use them again and certainly recommend them.

Wayne visited our property as we are having some building work carried out and had noticed a field mouse had come through into the kitchen!
Wayne advised me of how to manage and prevent this from happening again. He gave me great advice and showed me how to set traps up to be most effective and where to order them from.

He was very honest and said as we lived by a field this would continue to happen until all preventative measures he showed me were put in place. He was happy to help me at a one off visit, rather than me have him come back several times and pay for a service I could carry out myself, which I thought was very honest of him.

Wayne new his pests! I learnt so much from his visit, he gave great advice and I didn’t feel ripped off, he could’ve quite easily charged me for two more visits!
