He understood my problem straight away and I suppose because of his experience it took him no time in detecting where my furry little friend had come in & he resolved the problem in no time. Clean efficient work & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend just a my friend had done to me.

Martin provided a first class service. He is 100% trustworthy and reliable. He immediately investigated the source of our issue and prepared an action plan which was totally effective. He made a most distressing problem bearable - by explaining the situation, providing support and being there for us when we needed him. We had full confidence in him. He is a top class chap!

I gave Martin a call following the excellent reviews here and I was not disappointed! Martin was very friendly, courteous and gave me a lot of useful information on our wasp problem. Martin treated the affected the areas and a few hours the activity had died down considerably. Hoping the problem has been resolved but if I do see any activity Martin said to give him a call and he would happily come and apply more treatment.

We had discovered a wasps’ nest on the outside of our attic bathroom and were concerned how someone would be able to access it. We contacted Martin in the evening and were so grateful that he managed to squeeze us in the next morning. Excellent and efficient service and would highly recommend. Martin was so helpful, from the chat on the phone, not making me feel like I had to hire him, to the first visit the same day, and each subsequent visit. He located the rat entry point despite the landlord insisting all entry points had been blocked, gave advice and set up bait and traps in the same visit. Always extremely friendly and professional, turned up on time, and was fairly priced. 10/10 will recommend to anyone
