4 visits were made and all 4 times we were told there is nothing in the loft despite us telling them where we hear something scratching the ceiling at night. Claims of there are no runs on the insulation were made despite a "pet shop" like smell and a large number of droppings present. So far using spring traps and an electric rat trap a number of rodents have been caught. Waste of time and money...
