Absolutely brilliant; Dean is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is the second time I have called for help and both times, he was able to help within a day or so and sorted out my pest issue. I would highly recommend, thank you :)

After having a number of wasps in my garden room over a few days my husband called Dean . He came within a few hours , located a nest and treated it . He also sprayed the garden room to treat the wasps indoors . Dean was extremely professional and friendly and said he would come back if needed in a few days . We had to take him up on this offer and phoned him first thing in the morning three days later . Dean was with me within a few hours and did further investigations , again treating the problem without any further cost to ourselves . The problem is now sorted and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean . He was amazing .

We called Dean after hearing scratching noises in our loft space and cavity walls. We tried unsuccessfully to solve the problem ourselves and it was giving us sleepless nights. Dean came the next day and was very knowledgeable and experienced gave us confidence that he could help us. His methods were successful and the noises stopped after two days, but Dean returned on two further occasions to check everything. We would use Dean again and would highly recommend his services.

I contacted him about an issue I had on a Sunday. He responded immediately despite being on holiday. He came round as early as he could and sorted my problem within 30 minutes.

Dean probably should be wearing a Cape. After what has and still is somewhat turning out to be quite a traumatic experience with a horrible pest issue, Dean was super fast to respond and answered any questions we had prior to his visit. Resolved our issue in the loft and has offered to follow up on another visit if need be to make sure all is well.
Don't wast your time contacting other pest control companies that are not willing to carry out the work. Contact Dean and he will take care of you quick time.

JUST LOOK NO FURTHER for SERVICE and TRUST - Dean was very fast to respond to my call on Saturday early morning. He offered to visit me on Sunday early morning to investigate a hornet nest which was giving me a true cause of concern having two young children. Dean solved my problem quickly, he gave me peace of mind (priceless) - he also recommended there was no need of treatment and as a result he did not charge the call out. JUST OUTSTANDING. The other 4 companies I contacted have yet to return my call and I will let them know if they do call back why they lost my custom and any future one.
