Couldn't have been more pleased with the service Matt provided. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. A very professional, friendly, polite guy, who genuinely cares about his customers. Problem was solved really quickly! His prices are very reasonable and he explains everything he is doing, in thorough detail. I was really impressed with how quickly Matt responded to my issue, and he was ready and willing to come round and sort it out. Brilliant at communicating, and kept in touch throughout his visits. Absolutely amazing service, when I first saw a rat panic set in, I searched Google for the best reviews and Kent Pest Management stood out from the start.
I contacted Charlotte who couldn’t have been more helpful, she arranged for Matthew to visit the following day he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, he quickly located the rats tracks and dealt with the problem as he felt appropriate.
Today after three visits not a rat to be seen!
Matthew is very friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile for his customers.

Absolutely wonderful service. Charlotte told me everything I could possibly need to know regarding their services. Matthew always arrived promptly and was polite, efficient, wore PPE and very reassuring. There was never any doubt he wouldn’t solve the problem which he did after a couple of vista.
