We had a problem with a mouse infestation, Lance came round and had a look at the situation and was quick to identify the entry points and exits, we were also given great advice and tuition on how to reduce future problems, Lance was very knowledgeable, polite and punctual, great value for money, well done Lance. Would definitely recommend.

Lance came when he said he would, and was very polite and knowledgeable about the rat problem in the area.He outlined clearly what he was going to do and then baited appropriately. By his 3rd visit we had seen no more evidence of the little buggers.

I would use him again if necessary......you never really know if there will be a recurrence, but living in town and backing onto a railway line we keep our fingers crossed.
