Sam got a visit booked in very quickly, and turned up on the day with his right hand man on good time. He thoroughly explained the wasp nest extermination process, paid good attention to safety and got the job taken care of promptly with no hassle. Very polite, friendly, confident & competent. Would definitely use again in future for any pest problems, and recommend to others. Great service at a fair & highly competitive price.

I contacted Monsterkil late last night after a sighting of a mouse in my kitchen. The person on the end of the phone was understanding and booked me in for an appointment first thing in the morning.
Sam came to my house who explained in detail the process and what he was doing.
Sam left to return in a few weeks but I feel a sense of reassurance and mind at ease.

We had a really positive encounter with the technicians at Monsterkil - Sam and another excellent technician. Not only were they super professional, efficient and effective in their work in removing the droppings and conducting visits but they put us at ease and gave us copious amounts of useful advice moving forwards. What’s more, they were in regular contact with us through different platforms and it was really easy to ask any questions and receive answers back quickly. I can't rate this company highly enough. Sam if you read this - thank you again for going above and beyond when I was distressed re bed bugs! I phoned 3 other top rated companies and all just told me to book a treatment. But I wanted to be sure if I had bed bugs first, and Sam also wanted to see a sign of them before fumigation. Turned out I didn't have an infestation. He also really helped to calm me down and gave me lots of advice. I WhatsApped them a few times with queries. The reassurance was invaluable, he really wants to help and welcomed questions. I seem to have bad luck with pests and now have an excellent pest control company in my phone contacts!

Got rid of my rats infestation, disinfect/ removal of dropping and block minor holes, fitted a one way drain cover system. Recommended this company to my daughter, they have done a good job getting rid of the wasp and ant infestation.
Would highly recommend Monsterkil to anyone and the price was a lot cheaper compared to a lot of companies!

My experience with Monsterkil Pest Control was amazing. I had an infestation of mice in my flat and within the first visit from Monsterkil I saw an amazing difference. They had amazing customer service, the man named Shamil who came over was very polite, understanding and willing to do the best job to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend this pest control due to the great quality and low prices! I haven’t had any issues ever since their attendance and this is by far better then my previous experiences with pest control! Highly recommended. 10/10
