James came out after we called for help with a mouse problem. We had seen 1 and immediately called for help. He was fantastic, very upfront, honest and reassuring.

We ended up having a few visits from James to make sure things were under control before he blocked up some possible entry sites to the house.

James responded quickly when I requested a quote to deal with squirrels in my loft. He was able to come the next day and visited a further 3 times to ensure the problem was resolved effectively and that the entry hole was blocked off. Professional and efficient service. Highly recommend
