After hearing noises coming from the roof. I decided to call in an expert. The local council was half the price but booked up a week in advance. BPC were able to provide me a slot the next morning. They updated me on their ETA. And the pest technician arrived as stated. He provided a thorough explanation of the problem and my options.
I would definitely use them again.

Yes good service explained everything clearly told me the reason there are 2 cracks on outside of house I didn't even no!! Trying to get it sorted yes good service still have 1 more appointment for them to come out

Well if you want to give your money away for nothing,go ahead and pay this company. Ridding us of pet fleas didnt happen. A man came round with a garden spray. Think these people are professional we let it go. Little did i know i let money for nothing go with it. I bought spray cans thinking they were amatuer, yet they worked perfectly
Save your money guys. Buy some cans 4 for £10

I recently used BPC for a rat problem in my house. They we’re professional from the offset and got the problem sorted very quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for any problems with pests.
