I contacted GC pest control on reccomendation from a friend, after discovering I had a rat issue in my garden. Graham was brilliant with every aspect of the job. He gave advice on how to reduce the risk of getting them again and responded to my queries really quickly, even on a Bank Holiday. Very happy with the service. Super quick, friendly, very professional and worth the money to be rat free.

We had a persistent problem with rats inside the loft of our kitchen extension, and Graham was with us within hours. He offered a friendly, affordable and professional service, guiding us every step of the way and encouraging us when there were some tough decisions to take. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Graham sorted my rat problem in the roof space over my kitchen.
Apart from the rats everything about the experience was excellent. Graham is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
He and his father, Derek set traps, identified the cause of the problem, dug up my patio to rectify the drain access and restored it and even cleaned out the loft space. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

We called Graham in when we’d seen a rat and heard a few scratching noises that we had thought were on the roof. We were horrified when he told us - calmly and without any judgement - that we had a colony of rats who’d got under the house and up into the roof. He started immediately to set traps - no poison - in the house and came back each week until the rats had gone. We had to play our part by making sure there was no food available in the house that would attract the rats. Having dealt with the house Graham put bait boxes where there were signs of rats in the garden, always making sure that our cat and dog couldn’t get to the traps or bait. When we were free of rats he sealed the places under the house where they had been able to get in. We've now been rat free for several months and are very happy to highly recommend Graham and GC Pest Control.

Graham came promptly, assessed the problem in our garden, explained required treatment and carried this out. He made 3 follow up visits until problem solved. Courteous and polite. Good service. Would call out again if needed. Would recommend Graham for quality of service and timely response.

A treatment was decided and I received two more visits from the company. He also did some prevention work to stop anything entering my garden office.
