Very good customer service. John was very friendly and kind. I called because I was having problems with bedbugs for months and I can assure you that John killed all of them. It only took him around 30 minutes to finish his job and it was very effective.

Fantastic first class service
I saw a mouse in my kitchen and could not sleep the whole night. I was given John number by my brother. I called John and explained my situation, he was very professional, polite and sympathetic to my plight. He deployed Ali the technician, who conducted a survey of the property and filled up any hole he could find. John also popped in to oversea the work. Very nice pleasant, clean and friendly guys. Great service John and Ali I hope never to see you again under these circumstances. LOL

I called Jon when we had quite a bad problem with mice and he came very quickly and explained the two step process he would use to get rid of them. After the second visit I heard some activity in the evening and called Jon and he came back out on a weekend to double check his work and that I was happy, he explained that I would have heard the mice still trying to get in but that he had blocked all the access so they would not be able to.

I waited to write a review to check the mice did not return as I was extremely anxious about this, I'm happy to report that we did not have any more problems with mice for the year after Jon visited, he was also extremely polite and professional, visited when he said he would and kept us informed of his progress.
