We had a problem with flooding from the shower. Told reception, as Covid rules mean that housekeeping doesn't clean each day. Still came back to a floor of soggy towels. We stayed here before and had been looking forward to our return.

First class response with excellent practical advice offered. No work needed at the moment but everything was checked out and reassurances given. No charge for a visit which was a pleasant surprise. Will use again if I have another problem.
