Accidents DO happen, but when you were reassured they would turn up on time for a few times yet, they still making excuses not be able to come in the end, way past the said time. They finally called at 5pm telling me they were in the other side of Notts but they wouldn't be able to make it at least until 8pm, hence they wanted to make appointment on the next day. How big is Nott's even if there's an accident and they were stuck in the traffic. They didn't even bother. Despite all the positive reviews. I would not use this company.

PS Found another company which came and sorted problems straight away, wish I went to that company in the first place, instead of waiting at home for the whole day and ended up wasting my time. Everybody time is precious too. And the company I used I cheaper. Look around, those on the top of the suggestion list are not always the best.
