We specialise in long-term rat prevention, we carry out live honey bee relocation & removal, we never treat unnecessarily and give the best available advice. Happy with the service from Vale Pest Control. They asked for pictures of the beetles to save having to come out to identify them. Turns out it's woodworm so I need a specialist in timber treatment, but pleased that they were able to identify so I can get it sorted.

Problems with a live honey bee nest in a chimney, Vale quoted a fair price (no survey fees), found them very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and fully insured. They arrived and carried out the works within a few hours and the hive has been successfully and carefully removed. Chimney cleaned and re-instated, photos taken to show us the finished work all to a high standard, would not hesitate to recommend them, we are based in South Yorkshire

Within hours of discovering a flea infestation in my household carpets Vale Pest Control came out and sprayed every inch of my flooring and the problem was resolved. They were quick, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with all aspects of this service and highly recommend.

We have worked with Vale Pest Control on and off over the last year to fix a variety of complicated problems that we had inherited when we bought our house last year. The work included rat traps in the attic, mice traps, fixing drains, fixing pipework, filling holes into our foundations and clearing our attic. Through this process they methodically removed over 30 rodents from our property and blocked future access. The staff grafted the whole time they are here, cleaned up after themselves every time and gave accurate predictions of how long jobs will take. We decided to go through this pest control company as they had the best reviews in Cardiff and were reasonably priced.

I spoke to a lovely lady at this company who gave me excellent advice about a nest of bees in my garden. She asked me to take video footage of the bees and send it to her so that she could identify the bees, which I did. I received an immediate call back to advise that I had leaf cutter bees which are gentle and do not need to be removed. I spoke to this company after calling two other separate companies who offered to just exterminate them without even knowing what type of bees they are. The company clearly has integrity, cares about the environment and the bee population, which I appreciate as I did not feel comfortable killing them. Very responsive, friendly and helpful, and not just wanting to make money. Thank you for your kind help today.

Have to say I was at my whits end when i thought our house had mice(scratching+movement sound in the upstairs wall, anyone would have expected it to be rodents) . Had vale pest control do a full survey in and around the property and pipe work etc. Not able to find proof of rodents entering the property but flagged up MULTIPLE entry points to safeguard our home from a potential pest problem in the future. During the survey they also a cracked and broken pipe in the garden that had been broken by the people that landscaped a new garden, pipe led from toilet to outside the house.(yuck). Not able to find mice but found bird droppings in the attic, but no sign of resident birds/nest.
The sound in the wall continued and increased , during the night also,Which made us think it was mice still.
Vale pest control revisited the house after we had removed the flooring(as we were preparing for new flooring to be put down anyway), nothing to be found between ceiling and top floor.

3 weeks later i find 2 birds flying in and out with huge sticks out of a slate/vent area at the front of the house above the windows.

It had been birds all along! making all that noise at night without a single chirp or tweet!

5 months later and Vale were finally able to fix our problem as t's only legal for you to do this between 1 September and 31 January each year
