As a landlord of multiple occupancy properties, I have a strict no pets rule in the houses and recently discovered that one of my tenants had a cat. Once the tenant had removed the cat from the property, Preventapest were able to treat the house for the flea problem it left in it's wake.

They were professional, always on time and at a very reasonable price. I hope I don't need his services again, but if I do, I'll call him without delay as it's such an excellent service.

I regularly recommend them to customers and have to be honest, as a household with 4 dogs when the hot weather landed last year I took advice and some products from them and this year I've gone back for more- flies can be a big problem if not handled and I really cannot complain thanks to Preventapest.

The man that called was very experienced and found the source of visitors to our loft. It turned out not to be rats as we thought, but a daily visit by a squirrel, no doubt sheltering from the storms we are experiencing these days.
He advised me to plug in some ultra sonic repellers in the loft and the garage, where he thought they were entering the loft from.
These were promptly obtained from eBay and simply plug in to a mains socket. They were inexpensive and need no further attention.
