Fantastic service provided by Terry, messaged him about rats coming from neighbours garden and got a response immediately. Very knowledgeable and offered advice on further prevention. He even came back to patch up the holes in the walls which he suggested pests might use to get in and out. 100% recommend.

I have a very naughty cat who likes to bring me live 'gifts'. He brought me a particularly clever one recently, which I couldn't get rid of myself. Terry came round promptly and was a brilliant help. He was very knowledgeable and flexible with appointments and my house is how happily rodent free. Thanks Terry!

This review has been a long time coming. Honestly I couldnt rate terry’s service enough. We had a problem with rats in our attic from when we where doing up our home. They found their way in and nested in our attic. Platoon came in found the potential entry points and sorted the problem within the space of two visits. We even had him to Do a loft clearance and get rid of all our loft insulation with all the droppings. He also sterilised the attic when he was finished. Top guy and a top service. Thanks a lot terry

Had a great service completed. Found a bumble bees nest in my loft. I am very scared of bees so I hadn’t even been up to see what was the problem! Terry popped up and saw the nest. Gave us the solution to remove the bees and relocate them elsewhere. The bees were in quite a tricky position and Terry went above and beyond to remove them. He worked really hard in exceptionally hot and difficult conditions... in the middle of a pandemic! It’s easy to get in touch on Facebook. Really great service! Thank you

Terry put wire mesh on each corner of my roof to stop birds coming into the eaves. He was pleasant, polite and helpful. It was too windy for him to use the ladder on the day he came to assess the job but he came back when he said he would. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service, visited on day I contacted them, identified problem area and left bate and trap.
Came back in 2 weeks and problem solved !
Also blocked up the entry point in a drain.
