I feel so grateful to have found an amazing place to gain my level 3 grooming diploma.
Lee, martin and the girls are all highly skilled and compassionate groomers, so were the perfect teachers for me as a complete novice. They were so supportive throughout my training and helped me grow in confidence week by week.

With animal welfare being at the heart of everything they do and fabulous facilities, FCL is truly the perfect place to gain a professional dog grooming qualification.
I can’t thank them all enough for making the experience so enjoyable from start to finish!

We have been taking our two Havanese for some time, we always receive a fabulous welcome and first class service, two Havanese have recently become three and our latest addition Dexter has already been twice, the owners Martin and Lee are absolutely fantastic as are all the staff, the grooming and care is again first class.
We are more than happy to leave our three little fur babies and would not go anywhere else, we cannot recommend enough, well done all and keep it up, our sincere thanks from Winston, Phoebe and little Dexter Corbridge.

Where do I start? I was recommended Martin and Lee at Furst Class Lounge by my sister to potentially complete a professional dog grooming qualification.
From the very first contact with Lee and Martin to my dog grooming taster day I felt so welcome and put at ease. When I arrived at Furst Class Lounge I was absolutely stunned at the beautiful bespoke premises and the supreme cleanliness and friendliness and warmest of welcomes by Martin and Lee and Chloe and the rest of the fantastic team. I was so nervous as this is a complete change of career for me and I was very unsure whether I would have the confidence to work with a huge range of breeds, temperaments and personalities. My taster day was exhausting but I absolutely loved every minute and felt so supported. I learnt so much in 1 day. I immediately signed up for my level 3 OCN diploma. I am half way through now and I can honestly say that it's the most enjoyable and supportive experience. The training and patience and supportive care I receive from Lee and Martin and the team, I believe cannot be surpassed!!
My confidence has grown hour by hour, minute by minute and they can and really do very patiently help you achieve your full potential. I have so very much to learn still and look forward to every minute I can spend there under their expert tuition. They all care so very much for each and every dogs individual welfare and wellbeing, that is their mission and passion and every trainee who chooses to complete their training with them. I simply cannot recommend them enough to dog owners and those seeking training, EVERY dog is loved and cared for individually, each dogs needs are met with the utmost care and attention! I can wholly agree with other trainees....we never want to leave!! Thank you so much Martin and Lee, Chloe and ALL the girls on the team for your continued support and encouragement!!

I can't recommend Furst Class Lounge enough. They made my lively cockerpoo puppy feel at ease straight away on his 1st visit. He came out after being bathed, dried, fur trimmed round his eyes, paws trimmed and nails clipped. Plus he smelt like he had a spa day, lucky boy! Fantastic!

Hello guys. I'm leaving a 1 star because of how upset my mum was on Friday when she was shouted at and asked to leave the salon.
I think that when you said you didn't value her custom and that she wasn't worth that much to you as she doesn't come very often is a terrible thing to say. She was also told she would be wiped from the system, and that she should do more research on her breed of dog. If someone doesn't know something, it's more professional to explain. I have worked in customer service and even if a customer talked to me rudely (which doesn't sound that she did) I would remain calm and aim to keep the customer, looking to diffuse rather than escalate. I guess you obviously do have enough customers to make you money, and something upset you about shaving a cavalier, however I don't think this was the right way to go about things at all. Please get back to me and explain in case I missed something.

My dogs have gone to first class lounge for years and they always look amazing when I pick them up. Would not take them anywhere else! Thank you Martin, Lee and Chloe and everyone for always looking after them like they were your own 🐾

First class by name it is also first class groomers. My fur baby has gone to first class groomers for quite a few years as they give the best service to my baby as they show love and care to my baby and she looks amazing every time. Cannot recommend enough

From to start to finish,our 2 dogs are cared for,with the highest care possible.
Martin & Lee offer a luxury dog groomers.
From the moment you walk through the door,you are welcomed either by themselves or the grooming girls,which I have to say are all lovely & genuinely have a caring attitude towards our dogs.
The reception area is always clean & tidy and feels welcoming.
They also have a shop with various things to cater for your dogs needs.
On arrival to collect our dogs,we’re always told how they been & any recommendations if required.
Winston & Phoebe come out looking & smelling absolutely fabulous,you really do get a professional finish,and I tend to think,you absolutely get 100% what you pay for.
