St John’s Pets & Grooming

We went to see the Lords cricket ground in London and came by this little shop. What a great place if you have a dog! Collars, coats, toys and treats actually everything your pooch could possibly want, we brought back too much and nearly paid for excess luggage at airport lol. Awesome staff especially Ben who was so funny 😀

Ever since Ben took over the store, he has made a huge difference ! It’s now a lovely shop, so pleasant , we can find things (!) and the service is just wonderful. Ben and Lula very gently clipped my 14 year old very very nervous Labrador’s nails and it was all painless and just so kind. Will be shipping here for sure!

So glad I found this place. All of the staff are so friendly & helpful and Satchmo (our little baby) loves them!
Satchmo is not a fan of stairs so the guys there even carry his 35kg weight all the way down.
In the 6 years we have had Satchmo we have tried all of the local groomers and these guys are hands down the absolute best.
Very reasonably priced too!
I would (and do) recommend them to all dog owners :)

Absolutely love this place, stocked top to bottom with everything for your pets needs - collars, leashes, bowls, lick mats, hundreds of toys, lots of food options, grooming services, PLUS extremely friendly extremely knowledgeable staff that are running the show.

I had a couple of questions about my dog who hates getting her teeth brushed, the guys here gave me great advice and we had a good chat about it.

After just moving here from Australia I was quite nervous in finding a dog groomer who knows exactly how I like my pup looking after his spa day.

You all did a phenomenal job! Even getting to speak to the groomer directly I was impressed with, as it’s not something you get to do in Australia. To top it off, my boy is a nervous one and seeing him after his groom, he was calm and not trying to pull to get out of the shop like he usually does.

I can’t recommend this groomer enough.

I have to say the most friendly and helpful pet shop. I have been going here for a year now and the stuff are so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell, my bull dogs love going there for the treats and grooming i always pick him up and he has the biggest smile. Truly the best.

We have been coming here for grooming since my cavachon was a puppy. Everyone is so professional and helpful. They love and care about Toby and are always happy to see us. Puddings always looks cuter than ever after each visit. We highly recommend you visit!
