Rosie’s Hounds at Heart - Lichfield City

Couldn’t choose a better salon for my Sully. Rosie, Nikki and Katie were very welcoming and made Sully feel very comfortable, which made me feel comfortable leaving him in their care. I wasn’t sure about getting him completely clipped but I had trust in both Nikki and Katie. He come out looking very handsome and smelling beautiful. They did an amazing job and can’t thank them enough for making my puppy look fantastic!

Couldn’t recommend Rosie’s Hounds at Heart more. Nikki and the team did an amazing job, my dog looks and smells amazing, and his fur feels so soft!
They happily accommodated our need for our dog to be the only dog in the salon and made sure he was happy and relaxed during his groom.
Nikki took the time to explain what exactly had been done during the groom and how my dog reacted during each stage.

Rosies is the best groomers I have ever been to. I started off with a puppy package which was fantastic, my boy now loves going, he is so very well looked after whilst he’s there and has the best groomer Katie she is fantastic with him. I can not recommend this groomers highly enough they are just fab.

Best groomers around they looked after Hector wonderfully. And the only groomers that didn't muzzle him. Cause he liked them . Would recommend them every time.

Best groomers have ever used, My old boy Hector was muzzled at the previous groomers Rosie's didnt have too they treated him with love and respect. and when my new rescue arrives I will be booking her in for her first groom and pamper.

We have had our Yorkshire terrier groomed at Rosie's Hounds at Heart for about a year now and they always do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend, lovely staff and Paisley is always cut beautifully!

I cannot recommend this grooming salon enough. They fitted us in at short notice and were so obliging and helpful. We have 3 Cavalier King Charles and the type of groom can be adapted to whatever you want
Both salons are easy to visit and the one at Swinfen has ample free parking along with many shops and coffee shops nearby to pass away the time while waiting
Would Definetly recommend a visit here.
