My cat became very poorly in a very short period of time and two of my local vets could not give me an appointment. Vets4pets Blackburn reception answered the phone within 2mins (unlike the other two) and had no issue in booking me in on the day more importantly the whole reception team was polite. My Vet (Marte) was very patient and reassuring, she explained what how and when she is going to do to treat my cat. Feels like she had made time for me and my grumpy cat rather than me fitting around the practice. The consultation fee paid over the phone also reassured me I was guaranteed the time slot. The store itself is always well stocked and well staffed. Great people at the Blackburn site recommend to anyone in the area, thank you very much for looking after my grumpy boy.

Have ordered 2 times from pets at home for delivery. Both times have not received my item on time even tho paid extra to make sure it comes on the day that would be able to receive it. First said delayed and then reschedule for the next day and not even as a home delivery but as pick up from another shop. Very disappointed as I was counting on the delivery as my cats had no more litter that I could refill for them.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Went to look for an item and was told not in stock which felt more like the staff member (woman) couldn't be bothered. Was browsing for other products and what do you know the item was in stock on shelf right in front near the cashier. Never seen such a sad moody shop ironic for pet lovers!

I actually went to Vets 4 Pets which is located within Pets at Home. However the staff at both businesses were both friendly and helpful, the layout was good and the premisses were clean and tidy.

Came for emergency tank for funfair fish. Got it and some cute decoration for the tank. Very expensive for some things here. But it is local and good quality. Don't think I'll come here for the next tank up as it's too expensive. But was good for a decent size tank for a baby gold fish
