It's always a stressful time taking a poorly cat to the vets but they really do a fantastic job looking after us when we are there. Staff are very friendly on reception and the vet talks to you in a calm manner explaining everything.

Good shop, if not in stock they will try and get it for next day. Like most shops you may need to queue at the till to pay. Not too many staff on the floor to help but that's modern day shopping.

Visited today with my cat Frankie. The shop staff where very helpful. The vet reception staff where great. First time at this vet and will never go anywhere else. Lisa the vet was lovely and took her time with my cat. She explained everything and didn’t rush me. 5 star treatment. A brilliant place 😻

We have 3 Dogue de Bordeaux a 4 year old,2 year old and 8 week old. They’re all registered with vets pets in the store. very friendly and competent helpful staff. 👍
