Jollyes - The Pet People

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff took care and time to make sure I had the right set up for the ratties I was purchasing and they were going to a good home. The "quality" of the animals was also much better than the other big high street pet shop brand, you could tell the rats have been handled properly prior to being offered to the public and were in perfect health. I couldn't be happier with the 2 additions to our family and the friendly and knowledgeable staff from the Waterlooville store. Thank you very much!

Lovely experience in Jollyes Waterlooville this morning. Michelle was incredibly helpful and helped make our littlest pup happy whilst trying to find her a new harness. Will definitely be coming back! The chicken foot for Piper at the end was a lovely touch as well! Thank you Michelle :)

I was able to ring up staff and put by some pinkie mice for my snakes. Staff always very patient and helpful and allowed me to check the sizes to ensure I had the right product

Used the dog wash, doggy seemed to like it. A few things were out of stock though so will need to make another trip sometime

It smells disgusting in there.
Bought two "female" mice and ended up with 20. Their customer service is horrible and refused to even acknowledge being spoken to about this misgendering.
Go to Pets at Home around the corner instead, they're much much nicer.

Bit miserable tbf, 3 dead fish floating about, bit dark bit gloomy but they do have some pet stuff I suppose just don't go out of your way to go there

Shopping for ferret and dog 🐕 food. Sadly they no longer stock our dog food which is a disappointment. Still tgey did have a goid stock of tge ferret food 🥳.
