Pets at Home Gloucester

Staff took time to give us some advice on our puppy. They were open to discussion and gave good guidance. The store was clean and well stocked as you might expect.
No faults that detected! Five stars.

Brought my dog in who was in a lot of distress, the vet (Jake) was rude and was not empathetic towards my dog was just trying to sell what he could and had no real concern for my pet but had more concern for the money he was loosing, why become a vet if you do not care for the animals and only care about the money you are making your company, extremely rude and judgemental. Definitely would not recommend taking your animals here if you want a vet that actually cares for the well-being of your pet as that’s not the service you will receive at pets at home! Extremely disappointed!

Seems a bit expensive but a great range, sadly queuing for 10 mins until more staff helped

Wanted to buy a fleece lined showerproof dog coat and found exactly what I wanted. Was told I could bring it back if it didn't fit. However with a few minor adjustments it is a good fit. Also was reasonably priced.

Poor! Multiple times I’ve visited to use the Groom Room to find it closed! Timings are wrong on the website and staff in store don’t care! Groom Room staff tell me to turn up at any point during the week as it’s “quiet” yet every time which has been at different times there is never anyone there and nothing indicating a closure or anything.
You’ve lost not only my custom but my family all who used you! I’d suggest using elsewhere for pet grooming!

Staff was very good and helpful so I can only thank the lady on the till when we visited that day also got my dogs claws trimmed right away 😀 😄

I use the companion care vets for Mt dog and rabbit and they are very good, accommodating and friendly
