Had Puppy Pampered and Groomed at THE SPA. It was a last minute booking but the two members of staff were brilliant with our Puppy and we will definitely used their service again!

I had a lot to get today for my new dog and one of the staff (Sophie) was very helpful , she helped me to remember everything I needed and was very patient and organised , very good customer service and very pleased I went to Sophie for help. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to be served by 😁

I visited jollies at 12:50 and left at 1:40 due to the poor service and lack of communication of the colleagues. I only went in to purchase 4 shrimp and 6 lampeyes and somehow the employees where not trained to bag up fish for customers. The young lad was trying his hardest but had to ask for assistance from another colleague which is understandable but when the colleague arrived this became a very traumatic experience for me and I’m hoping my fish survive as the colleague dropped one on the floor. She didn’t even apologise she just tried to hide it and shoved it in the bag. The lady serving us at the front desk ( Sophie p) was very arrogant and rude and did not seem to care that we had been waiting for so long and then she left us at the till unsupervised for another 10 minutes in which I could of just left the store. Definitely would not recommend the shop as most staff had no manners and are incompetent to do the job. The young lad was helpful but this was still an awful experience in this store. If I could give this review 0 stars I would as it was absolutely shocking. Please don’t shop here if you’re in a rush.

Normally great staff, but my experience this morning with the member of staff who served me was extremely disappointing - hoping it was a one-off....

Went to buy a rabbit from this store, they are priced individually but when I asked to buy one I was told they have to go as a pair. Why are they priced separately?? Very disappointed. The assistant couldn’t answer the question.

I LIKE LOOKING AROUND THE STORE AND LOOKING AT THE ANIMALS ETC.ILL PROBABLY BUY MY NEXT HAMSTER THERE.GOOD PET STORE.

Overall a good shop though i use them less as their reptile section is not as wide ranging as other stores.
