I wanted to leave this review on their review site but it didn’t load so I hope the young woman Phie, who helped me and my mum out enourmously, sees this. Phie helped us to find everything we needed in the store, even holding my puppy for me while I sorted things. She gave us great advice and was very friendly. I hope they’re payed well. We will always go back because of her

Jess at Worcester Pets at Home was very helpful & knowledgeable about food for my golden retriever. She carried my 15k bag to my car (& in pouring rain too!)

Got my hamster and gerbils from here, staff are very friendly and willing to spend the time with you to ensure you get what you need. Far better than the Droitwich store
