We've bought our hamster from here as well as a few other pet supplies and the staff are so helpful and constructive towards all of your animal Care needs.

Brought guinea pigs in April and was told they were 5 months old, last night one of my piggies died and the vet has told me they are a lot older than what the pet shop had told me.
You should not be selling animals without the correct information

Very good pet shop . Stocks items for all pets. Also sells tropical fish. And small animals like mice. There are toys for birds cats and dogs. Also cages for birds mice and rabbits etc.

I would like to thank the lovely lady how took time to help me get the right things for my leopard gecko but also explained alot to me really helpful and understanding much appreciated thank you will definitely coming back to get gecko food and any help I need thank you once again.

I love coming here to buy my hamsters who are well taken care of and the staff here and very friendly and helpful so if your looking for a hamster I would highly recommend buying them from here.

Visted store today the smell in the store was appalling, poor rabbit was in the smallest cage and kept in the dark. All the cages/tanks were inadequate size, extremely small. One big fish was stuck in a ornament and was being left to suffer. Very bad experience…avoid.

I was so upset when I saw the condition of the rabbits here. They had no light whatsoever in their enclosure, and it was so short height wise no rabbit could stand up fully. I saw no fresh food, only pellets which rabbits cannot live on and also no sort of enrichment for them. They have plenty of hutches for sale so I don’t know why not just give the rabbits a proper enclosure or just stop selling them. I honestly don’t know how it’s allowed but they seriously need better conditions.
