My favourite pet shop situated in Princes Road, Dartford. Primarily purchased all my wild bird feed and feeder accessories from this retail.outlet. My praise goes to Jolleys for all my wild bird products obtained here, very often I bought bulk supply periodically and I found all of my needs well displayed on the shelves at reasonably good bargain prices. A modern spacious pet shop and always a joy to visit. Very friendly and helpful staff - always happy I found to assist. One of the main factors I enjoyed visiting the shop and worth the journey from home in Sidcup. 🚘 Well done staff! 😊👍There is a good range of pet products, a dog parlour, and an adjoining car park. Jolleys is situated in a retail park - but on the fringes of Dartford Town centre. Some Bus routes are fairly close to the retail park with an additional walk. I had a terrible experience with one of the customer service cashiers. The supervisor dealt with it maturely, but the cashier should find a new job, the attitude on the lad was appaling. It's a shame, because we spent 80 as a group, something I thought would have been welcomed this day and age. I wont be back. I've always found the other staff very welcoming, but this one, who refused to give his name when asked was rude, argumentative and needs an attitude adjustment. If he wasnt fired, he should be.

Be carefully when buying loose bird feed they seem to make prices up as they go along and over charge

Had my dogs groomed and they did a lovely job, they look and smell great. There was a good selection of treats for the dogs too. The only thing i was a little disappointed with was that there wasn't much in the way of tinned fish cat food. Otherwise very happy with my visit.
