Cuckfield Pet & Country Store

We shop there weekly for our family dog Rocco. We always used the same products and it is always on stock. Staff are friendly and welcoming with good customer service, smile and attentive to our queries. Can recommend it enough. Just try it for your pet wellbeing. Our one loved it.

Usually shop at Pets Corner. Passing today and saw this place. Never been in before. Literally turning to leave when the tall guy working there said "I don't want to sound rude but i've got people waiting!" Pointing to the door basically telling us to leave. Quite a large store. Not sure why only 1 customer at a time. Just because you start a sentence with "I don't want to sound rude but..." doesn't make it any less rude! I was looking at the dog beds for a rescue I have arriving soon. Checked the tracker on my phone and I'd been in there just over 7 minutes. Extortionate prices for poor quality items. Had to climb over the boxes left in the aisle to ext the store. Never again.

As a regular user of Cuckfield Pet & Country Store I can honestly say that I have always found ALL of their staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It cannot be easy trying to keep up with the constantly changing legislation for retailers and I applaud Sally, Peter and her team for continuing to provide much needed goods and services. I ran out of Aspen 2 and found it at the country store. Aspen 2 is great for chain saws that need to start after a year of not being used. Saves the engine too. I also stacked up on a mega bag if black sun flower hearts. Great for birds during winter as it doesn't go off in the damp weather.

We have been going to this place for many years. Staff are so nice and friendly always helpful 100% recommend great place for dog stuff and pet food

Very friendly staff,Sally and her two eager assistants are always helpful, knowledgeable and will even carry your purchase to the car. Great range of pet food products to choose from. They even sell local honey and fresh local eggs.
