White Cliff Aquatics

Decided to visit this shop today as everything Iv seen online showed this was a good shop. From what we witnessed it’s the opposite, it is dark, dirty, and empty.
We had no welcome by the owner and was barked and growled at by the dog. The pics Advertised are not what the shop looks like and I wouldn’t buy from here because the fish were showing no colour and all tanks were riddled with algae.
Traveled 30min to visit this shop because of their advertised prices but would either pay more for happy looking bright fish.

Great communication (instant over Facebook messenger) and a very good website. The prices were also very good! The lockdown prevented any customers from entering the aquatics shop. However, the click and collect was extremely straightforward and quick. The card payment was easy and I was met outside the front of the shop with my order. Thanks, I will definitely be using Lucy’s Aquatics again! :)

Awesome little shop, great products great prices and most important great quality fish never had any problems with health or illness. No doubt all the other animals are well looked after too.

Amazing company i brought a very happy and healthy bristle nose plec we are so pleased we have already ordered another fish.
The staff keep you well informed and are very friendly i will definitely be ordering again.

Lovely Family run business..Spoke to Ryan concerning my aquarium and food related issues with my dog who has many allergies, very knowledgable and helpfull ,the food he recommended is brilliant.. Nikita is also very knowledge concerning larger animal feed (horses in particular) I like the fact its a dog and child friendly shop .. highly recommended
