Ordered a Ruffwear float coat dog life jacket from Innerwolf. They despatched it on Tuesday and it arrived the following day. What more could you ask for? Fab service.
The float coat is great too, perfect fit.

Do not recommend - do not respond to emails or phone calls. Website advises items are in stock when they aren’t then you are unable to cancel order. Item turns up weeks later. I didn’t look at other reviews before I placed the order - I regret this decision as there were many reviewers who had the same issue. Now got to pay for the item to be returned at my own cost and battle to get my money back.

5-stars: Product and delivery excellent.
0-stars: However, there was a glitch with me claiming their offer of 10% off on 1st purchase, and despite querying this, and giving them over a week to respond, nothing has happened. You may want to bear that in mind if thinking of being drawn in by that offer, or indeed if you think you might need to engage with them about an order in any way?

Ordered a 3 dog stake out line which said was in stock. A week went by and still said it was processing. Sent an email to which I got no reply. Tried to call customer service to which they never answered. Left a voicemail and you guessed it no reply or returned phone call. Sent a message online again no reply. Sent 2nd email to which they then just sent an update on the order saying I was being refunded. Asked why this was happening and no response.the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They should not be allowed an online business. Like everyone else I wish if have read the reviews.

Placed an order for some items which were time critical due to them being for a friend abroad that I was going to visit. Website didn't state that they were out of stock unlike some other stock of theirs that I looked at. Website stated that 24 hour post would be used so thought that they would be delivered in plenty of time? A week goes by and no update. Phoned the shop and left messages asking for a call back but ignored. Emailed stated that it was urgent, still no response! I've cancelled my order now but awaiting to hear from them regarding my refund. I'll give them a couple of days before opening a case with my bank. if that doesn't work, I'll make a phone call to some good mates I have around their way and have them go and collect my refund? It looks like this might be the only course of action that these type of people respond to? Worst customer service experience that I have ever received in the whole world and I've been to a lot of places. It's no wonder that Inner Wolf Limited went bankrupt some years ago and if I run my business the same as these, so would I? My advice, stay well away!

Would 100% advise NOT to use this company. First they ‘missed’ my order and then I only got the refund I was due after getting my local BBC radio consumer programme in the case. Never replied to numerous voice messages or emails. Not quite sure how they’re still in business to be honest, given all the other reviews saying the same as me. A real shame as doggy businesses generally are great with their customers given the shared love of dogs but not the case here. Save yourself the hassle and time and shop elsewhere.

I have purchased items online from Inner Wolf previously and they were great. No issues. However, with my recent purchase, which I needed to return, it's been a frustrating experience. My order took 3 weeks to arrive. The item wasn't suitable so I followed the return process and sent the item back to Inner Wolf within a couple of days. Luckily, I paid for Royal Mail tracking. After a number of emails and phone calls/voicemails to which I received no response, no update and still no refund. It has been over a month. I recently raised a dispute with my credit card company (with proof from my RM tracking that the item was signed for by Inner Wolf) and funnily enough, the next day, I received an automated email from Inner Wolf noting my status as "Refunded". I have yet to see a refund still. But based on this experience and complete lack of communication, I would not recommend buying something from Inner Wolf online if you think you may need to return the item. You would end up having to pay for returning the item and there is no guarantee that you will get a refund!

Ordered from inner wolf on 22/11/22. Some 29 days later and nothing received. Royal Mail postal strikes mean this item may have been late and I understand this. However inner wolf are totally ignoring my emails, social media and website messages asking for tracking, confirmation of postage and a delivery schedule. They’re not answering the phone or returning messages either! Their customer service is non existent and it’s such a shame.

Some assistance and reassurance when an item is not received is half the battle in good relations and good customer service.

Unfortunately inner wolf is incapable of delivering.

I will be requesting a credit card chargeback. They have not shown and ounce of humility here, just a head in the sand, customer doesn’t matter attitude.
