Pets Corner

This store is fantastic, all the staff are clearly passionate about dogs and pets. They knew what we needed and took their time. They give such great customer service and the puppy class has been brilliant. This beats the brand name that has just opened nearby. Please go to pets corner!

I went to this store with my cousin. At first all staff seemed polite and were able to advise me on a product to buy. I picked the product up and walked around the shop to browse other products. I opted not to buy the product, so put it back on the shelf (I believe the row above where it originally was), I couldn't remember exactly where I got it from, so just put it down there. A member of staff said bye as we walked out, and we responded back. Within 5-10 seconds, another member of staff ran out and asked us to "see a receipt for the product we bought". I explained that I didn't take it and showed her to the product. She responded with 'Oh, sorry, we just didn't see you put it down, it's on the wrong shelf." We left feeling targeted and shocked that staff would even think that we would be stealing. Staff should be aware of their surroundings, so instances like this don't happen in the future to anyone else. This was totally humiliating and should not have happened, if staff were more vigilant, rather than assuming.

Overall experience as a new customer was delightful!… Only recently got a puppy and upon reading numerous sites regarding food and accessories I came across Pets Corner.

The staff when I visited the store were welcoming from the moment I stepped in and were able to provide me the suitable guidance needed without any hesitation. One of your shop staff was especially helpful, Courtney I believe. She provided good chat, great atmosphere and clearly has a drive for good customer service so nothing but praise for her and the rest of your staff :D.

The staff in here are so lovely! My dogs favourite shop to visit as he knows he will get endless fuss (and tasty treats too). Great products and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help and offer advice

I'm not going to name and shame, but one of your lady staff members needs training in costumer care! Every time i go in this store, when she is in there, i come out feeling like I don't wish to return! A little example, I went in the store on Thursday, just before closing, to get a couple of bones for my dogs. I thought I'd have a look at the toys as there were a few new ones...I asked the lady member of staff if they were strong, as dog toys don't last 2 minute in my house, her reply was...No dog toy is indestructible and if your dog is going to keep chewing it, its going to break! She comes across very sarcastic and rude, as she always does wnen i ask her things! No help whatsoever! Such a shame because all the other staff members are so lovely and accommodating.

Very good shop with plenty of amazing items in stock. Courtney was super helpful and very friendly.

The store has a good range of products but the prices are ridiculously expensive compared to other pet stores, I could probably look past that if it weren’t for the AWFUL customer service. You can’t even browse in there without feeling like you’re being chased around. The staff are so rude and talk down to you like you’re stupid if you don’t buy the brands they suggest. Especially one staff member Abigail, huffing and puffing and making comments about customers under her breath. Awfully unprofessional not sure how she still has a job there. Would avoid at all costs!!

Looking for a nice waterproof jacket that was also warm for my poodle and found lots to choose from at Pets Corner. The staff are always so helpful and friendly at both the Byfleet and Staines stores with good knowledge of products tgat tgey sell.
