I had a problem with an item I purchased and the staff could not have been more helpful sorting it out. First class service.

Staff aren't particularly knowledgeable, low range of stock. On a positive note, they've stopped selling reptiles to people with really bad advice on how to keep them. I always hated seeing reptiles with no UV or water available. UV lights behind glass are simply expensive light bulbs giving no much needed benefit to the animals.

Staff are really kind and helpful. We use this shop regularly and would recommend to others.

Asked for one of their store team to help me out with a large 15kg bag of dog food to my car as I was holding my baby daughter. They looked at me gone out, eventually someone helped after but they made me feel like I was such an inconvenience! Nothing like customer service!!

Good discounts but store had empty shelves and a lot of items not in stock
