Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in particular “Rebecca”
I’ve had a sick cat and Rebecca’s advice and recommendations on which food I should try was second to none. I even bought a particular reputable brand and Rebecca advised me against this and pointed me in the direction of a higher % meat content brand. This has been great and my cat is picking up. Jolleys has a very friendly atmosphere in the store. This store is highly organised. They sell pet accessories, huts, vivs, cages, pet food, pets and lots of other stuff but you get the idea. They do quite a generous customer loyalty scheme.

We went a few saturdays ago and they had all the local animal charities outside. My daughter loved holding all of the animals. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. :).

Shopped with Jollyes for the first time today. James served me and was brilliantly kind and helpful. Got me the right products at a great price and a 15% off voucher for my next visit. Never had a Jollyes near us before but prices and service were infinitely better than PetsAtHome, will be coming here more often.
