Had a terrible experience trying to sort out an issue with a budgie I bought from this shop. The man wasn’t helpful at all, he was rude and was very argumentative. It was a very upsetting experience. The woman was nice enough. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Always have everything I need and more. If they haven't got what you want in stock they will order it in for you. Always a friendly and great atmosphere when I go in there and always help on hand if needed :)

A lovely little pet shop. I popped in whilst on holiday and was delighted to find some yummy dog treats for my dog! The lady was very lovely and I would highly recommend.

Lovely shop run by a lovely couple. I remember getting my fish here as a teenager and now my daughter is keeping fish and they have been full of great advice and help when things went a bit wobbly with our water balance. This is the first shop I go to for all things fish. Been great for dog coats and leads too and good selection of treats for most animals.

Avoid avoid avoid!
I’m a disabled person and mask except and on Saturday a horrible lady in the shop asked me to leave as I didn’t have a mask on despite her being able to clearly see my lanyard and me telling her.
I had 4 dogs with me who all needed new harnesses and leads so it’s good to see a business doing so well that she can turn away a disabled owner who’s legally exempt and the fact she was wearing a mask would come to no harm.
So sadly I wish her all the luck in the world with her nasty horrid attitude to disabled people looking after their dogs.

Poor choice of fish, not much ever in stock. Disappointed every time I go there. The women who runs the shop Is lovely enough but lack in knowledge. Nice treats for dogs and that's about it

Same as the lady below ,went too get hay with my son and his PA on Tue and she didn't want us in the shop. I've spent good money over the years but obviously it's not good enough anymore . It's also discrimination at its best & the people that I had too face laughing after was disgusting . I will be reporting it further even named &shamed them on face book.

Felt discriminate due to my illness I am exempt from wearing a mask needed to buy my pup a harness and was told to leave. This is not right disgusting 😕
