Our favourite pet shop ever 😍 (and groomers)!! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, they really listen to what their customers want in the shop. Sally and Skye were amazing when our dog had her first groom recently, can't recommend Dewkes enough!

Excellent service, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the wide range of products. Our kids and dog both love visiting the stores. Very happy with grooming services too.

Piglet looks amazing after her hair cut today. Thank you so much. A great selection of harnesses for a growing Puppy. It was lovely visiting the Mumbles store today after becoming a regular at the Sketty store. Dewkes pet shop really is the place to visit if you need some support on choosing the correct fit harness for a growing puppy. All the staff are so supportive and knowledgeable, and help to ensure everything is fitted correctly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dewkes provide the best experience for both owner and pet. Always happy to help and provide guidance whilst considering the individual needs of your pet. My dog is always happy to visit and pick out her favourite treats and its always a pleasure to speak to staff.

Sally, James, and the Dewkes team are amazing. We've gone to the shop since they opened and it has been a pleasure to see them grow to be such a part of our community. Always helpful and friendly. They even dropped off a lovely present for our dog at Christmas. Shop local! Love you, Dewkes! X

I popped in with my friend yesterday and we had a lovely experience. They helped us find the best toy for each of our dogs and they were both big hits! They have a great range of stock, with most of it locally sourced and high quality. Their website has an incredible range aswell. It was great to meet Duke the spaniel too and give him the fusses he demands. (pic of Freya obsessed with her new lion toy!)

I've been taking Teddy to Dewkes since the grooming parlour began
Skye is amazing with him and everyone there is extremely kind and helpful
His cut is always lovely and always done as I like it and I feel at ease leaving him there as he's a little spoilt 😊
I'd recommend Dewkes are fab
