I've ordered multiple times, the queens all arrived safely, in good health and well packed. Also the site has many other little extras, all of which have been great.
The special sugar snaps has particularly gone down a treat with all of my colonies!

I bought a biocube kit, and it has worked perfectly. It's an absolute delight.
Everything was perfectly packaged, and I really appreciated the genuine commitment to the welfare of my little colony. It's amazing to have this tiny little wilderness sitting on my desk!

Made a order and recived ants where alive and well but was missing part of my order so i contacted via facebook and was told that it would be sent out then after a week nothing recived contacted again and now no reply very disappointing

Dont order from here basically ordered a queen 6 weeks ago it arrived days late even though I paid for next day live garuntee arrival it arrived dead I tried to contact them many times not got a replacement or refund I'm keep being told to wait and that my order should arrive next week its been nearly 2 months still nothing sent many emails with no replies or replies after 6 or 7 days and still not got a replacement or refund now I'm left £70 out of pocket last reply I got from them is 10 days ago

I have never got a queen from anywhere but AntAntics, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! These guys not only have top notch customer service but it is clear how much they truly care for their ants and their customers! Any questions I have I know I can go straight to these guys and they’ll be more than willing to offer me the best advice.
