Dickies Pet Centre

We were refused refund and offered credit only. We didn't mind. We went in but didn't use all credit and were given a piece of paper with remaining balance. We weren't told we need to keep it that that's the only proof of having credit with them. As we didn't know we didn't keep the note. The woman remember us very well but unwilling to do anything about it. Very unhelpful. They got the money from us already so why should she care. Therefore we are not going back again and wouldn't recommend this place.

Considering location of store there is a much wider variation off food than larger stores Well done

Although they didn't have what we wanted on this occasion, they could not do enough for us. We will definitely go back for supplies for our dog.

Staff were very helpful, but unfortunately it didn't have everything I wanted in stock and couldn't advise when it would be reordered or delivered.

We have visited Dickies pet shop store 3 times when we have been in the area and we like the cat toys for our kitten especially the mice and we like to look around inside the shop as a very nicely stocked pet store !x

Disappointed with the after sales service. Returned an item and would only offer a credit note at which point I said I would exchange for food. The value of the food fell 25p short of the original purchase price. They suggested I have some treats which I didn't want then they very reluctantly refunded me the 25p with a very sour face. I won't be recommending this place to my friends.
