Pets & Friends Derby Alvaston

After trying for the best part of a year to get my cat groomed, I finally found this place.
My cat looks and feels beautiful after her groom, and she's a lot happier in herself. The staff were friendly and helpful, and price wise I was very happy.
I'll definitely be back! :)

After phoning store to check they would be happy working with a large nervous dog, Megan and a colleague were excellent with my boy. He has never had his nails clipped before and they did a brilliant job at relaxing him and me! Can’t recommend them enough!

Really helpful staff. Dog is allergic and member of staff looked up all the ingredients in each product. Great service

A lovely, friendly pet store.
The staff are very helpful, polite and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them.
The store has around 6/7 parking spaces plus ample parking spaces on the road. The store is clean, accessible and very well laid out with lots of unique items and tons of choice for the shopper who is looking for something different for their companion.
There is a groomers inside the shop and the staff in the groomers are very experienced and knowledgeable.
Overall this pet store offers a different experience than the generic pet store that we are all accustomed to.

I wouldn't recommend at all. Took my cavapoo to get a trim and came back with a grade one all over! I specifically said I wanted her to be fluffy and still look girly and when I arrived to pick her up I was devastated. They said, she was mattered so had to do it, surley they should of called and asked first.Disgusted, with the service and was told "it will grow back" . What a waste of £40... Plus, they've cut her ears which is now making her itch. Wish I hadn't paid...

Good variety of products, and friendly staff who are always happy to help share their wealth of pet-related knowledge.
