Pets & Friends Chaddesden

Both my fur babies r on special food and kennel gate order it specially for me.. Been going to them for over 8 years and got to know the very friendly helpful caring staff.. Wud recommend to others 😉😉xxxx

Very good advice from the young lady as our rescue dogs food was dried food which we have used since we have got her which was burns complete . She has not got many teeth and she was reluctant to eat the dried food. The advice was from kennalgate was to mix Burns wet food in with the dried food which she got from the back. We didn't realize that Burns also do wet food, s o hopefully she will get her appetite back. Many thanks young lady

Great shop, they are well laid out. Lots of great products (not including the live bugs corner) ewwww, we used the dog wash after getting a token from counter. The buckets of dog treats by the door are a great target sorry !! Our spaniel made a bee line for them and "tidied" things up a little

We had excellent service here at the Chaddesden store. The two lovely groomers couldn’t do enough to make sure our pup had a good experience.
Fozzie is a Spingerdoodle a boisterous 10 month old, he came out looking and smelling amazing 🤩 They worked so hard and it shows 🏆
He’s already booked in for his next groom!

If you have the privilege of being served by the manager you'll have a good day, tiny lil blonde woman, she always has me creasing

There seems to be a mixture of staff some are reasonable ,but the prices are not always correct for example Natures Menu White Fish for consecutive weeks has been displayed with £1.29 price tag instead of £1.69 might not sound much but right now when many pet owners are strapped financially it's not good. Customer PR and conduct on the shop floor in front of customers should be addressed by Senior Management. It's a great pity these issues I would rather have not witnessed but sure they can be resolved.
