Lovely pet shop! It's quite hard to find, I couldn't see a sign, and you have to ring the bell to get in. Super helpful, friendly and welcoming staff, they have loads of pet clothes and stock everything else you could need for your pet too. We'll definitely be back!

Yes you can buy pet clothes and accessories on line but the amount of money we have waste over the years on things that didn't fit quite right makes visiting PetLondon more worthwhile.

They really know pets and their products so our two pups were sized perfectly for four new harnesses. We will be back for their winter coats very soon!

Hard place to find but such great and lovely staff members. Mum and Dad bought us things for or beautiful dogs from here. The ladies were very understanding and helped Mum and Dad out with every query! Will be going back again in future.

Nice, helpful staff. Cute, soft, squeaky toys. My dog loved the souvenirs I got her. :)

Outstanding pet store...best pet store in all of london. Definitely worth the time...its a block and a half off oxford. Fantastic selection and the owners are very helpful. They have both dog and cat toys and outfits, collars etc.

The absolute best pet store in london. We found toys for our grand dog and cat as well as great outfits. They design a lot of the toys. Its on a 4th floor. Do not be deterred..definitely go up...you will be so impressed and happy.

I have bought 5 in total of the pupia coats with built in harness & the zips don't last very long.
I have emailed to complain

about this problem with them but it doesnt

Such a hidden gem for all pet lovers. Found so many items here that we were looking to get for over a year! They rescue pups as well :-) highly recommend to stop in!! Love this place and will be back. They are on the fourth floor but do have a lift.
