Warm, cosy and clean accommodation and very light and airy. Have already booked again for our next trip again. Many thanks for taking great care of our cat!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Willows. Carol took my parents cats in at very short notice when my dad was admitted to hospital. They were very well cared despite being fussy eaters. Very caring and considerate will use again.

Unfortunately, on July 5th 2022 our house caught fire. We were told it was unsafe for us to go back in by the Fire Briigade. so we had to get our 2 cats safe whilst we got sorted out and Carol came to our rescue! Our cats were in The Willows Cattery from July 5th to July 21st. and they were looked after like they were Carol’s own. She also realised we would be totally stressed with the shock, to help with that, she rang us now and again,to let us know they were doing well.Our cats were so relaxed and happy when we finally got them home that we were a bit miffed, they didn’t seem to have missed us at all! I would not hesitate to recommend Carol at The Willows, she went above and beyond to take that stress from us and we shall be eternally grateful!
