The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly.
Great prices, great stock and choice of, a pleasure to have visited.

We always come here for our pet food and toys. The staff are always helpful and you can take your dog's in too. Prices are more than reasonable and there's a huge variety of food.

Having just purchased an 8 week old puppy. When I took him into the store for some information I was greeted with a smile and lots of great information tips and support for the future being a first time owner I couldn't have wished for a better outcome. Thank you to everyone at the store especially Sarah who has been the most helpful store assistant I have ever met.

The staff are unbelievable, they couldn't do enough as my dog had never been to a groomers before.
I would recommend Pets & Friends to anyone looking for a grooming service.
5 star services for dogs.

Been a very loyal customer of this shop for years but just because today I had to leave my dog an extra half hour , I’ve been charged 10£ ( according to the policy they have) , staff should of had to inform me about that, I won’t be coming in anymore
And paying 45£ for just an hour for a large breed, everywhere I been it’s taking 1/half for that type dog…

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great facilities especially the dog wash which we've used loads of times. Towels and dog shampoo are provided and it saves getting in a mess at home Used the grooming service several times and have always been happy with the results.

Staff are very friendly and polite, staff are happy to help and share advise as needed. Really nice to be in a place the staff enjoy interacting with customers.

Really good at making our xlbully feel comfortable when he was scared to get his nails clipped. Really friendly staff.
