Lovely shop and owners.they will help with any question or advice if needed. Always polite. And they have a great selection of pets/equipment to buy At great prices.

A fascinating selection of animals and birds plus all you need to care for them. Also seems to provide lodging for reptiles who's owners are on holiday.

Very poor customer service, wouldn't give any stars really!
Walked in in the hopes off getting more insight on owning and adopting a reptile and all we got was ignorant customer service, no prices no signs with what's for sale. We asked about the prices as a reptile caught our eyes and we got a sharp answer "she's not for sale?! Baby ones are but not her!" And walked off!
Didn't apologize that that one wasn't for sale or show other options, ask any questions nothing. So rude.

Absolutely above and beyond, excellent customer service and care of their animals.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Highly recommended. Many thanks.

The animals here all seem to be kept in really good conditions. The staff are also really knowledgeable and helped us a lot in getting set up for our bearded dragon

This shop has some gorgeous animals although, it wasn't exactly pleasant seeing a baby bearded dragon with another beardie's head in it's mouth (in which they passed). The man was too busy on the phone to service us when we were expressing concern for the beardie.
I also have concern of humidity issues and possibly stress issues as they've had a couple chameleon (that are beautiful btw) with shed coming off not in one piece as well as a bermes python not shedding well either. It was coming off in bits and pieces from head to toe, there wasn't a place for the python to hide in either, only a little pond too small for him (a 16ft, 19 year old).
