Awful after-sales service. Bought two used cars from them December 2021 and had nothing but trouble with both of them. One malfunctioned on the drive home from purchasing it. Service dept never return calls, never do what they say they are going to, don’t reply to emails, lie, kept our car for weeks and we had to keep phoning them for updates. Please don’t buy anything from them or use their service dept unless you have hours to spend chasing them up. Only gave one star because can’t give zero.

The reply below glosses over the facts quite nicely. Well done. We took one car for an MOT at a local garage as we are entitled to do so and then to Aldridge Arbury for diagnostic checks as we were so appalled by the service we received from Lichfield we wanted nothing more to do with them. This car has only done 1000 miles since purchase 10 months ago. We were told we should have bought a warranty with it but were then told that the warranty wouldn’t have covered the fault anyway. The other car has only ever been back to Lichfield Arbury, the first time being days after we purchased it as it malfunctioned on the drive home. We did buy a warranty with this car however all the faults it has developed haven’t been covered by the warranty. These are the facts. We’re not even going into all the lies we have been told each time it’s been back to Lichfield.

Kevin Helped me and my partner purchase a new 2008, first time looking at a peugeot and it won't be the last Kevins customer service was excellent we had previously visited several dealers and wasn't taken seriously or given any time, Kevin booked us in right away for a test drive and swiftly went on to purchase due to the excellent customer service given and impressive features of the car.

Disgusting money grabbing company, £180 for a diagnostic on a van AND they want it for a day when a diagnostic only takes a matter of minutes.
Absolutely ripping off the public especially in these times of hardship. Their charges mean that I cannot drive my van, I cannot afford their extortionate prices which ultimately puts me out of work.

As a family this was our first ever time buying a new car and therefore we were very nervous. However, Aaron Child was amazing. Put us at our ease immediately we walked into the showroom and dealt with us in a professional yet friendly basis. Answered all of our questions and has kept in touch on a regular basis through the whole process. 100% trustworthy and will definitely go back there in the future. I bought a Peugeot E 208 from Arbury Litchfield this week. The salesman Aaron couldn’t have been any more helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and also the salesperson who helped me purchase the car. The car was delivered in perfect condition as advertised and I have just had a follow-up call from Aaron asking if I’d like any further assistance with the car.
It’s five stars from me.

I dealt with Aaron Child, based at your Lichfield branch.He was very patient in answering all my questions, and no doubt I will have a few more since taking delivery of the 3008.Aaron, was very professional and polite, and I have dealt with a number of dealers in the search for my new car, and I can honestly say that Aaron was the best that I had come across.I liked his common sense approach, which I did not find in other dealerships, which finally made up my mind in buying from Aaron. If I had not purchased this car from Aaron, it would have been another car, as I liked his attitude, and I was very happy with the way the sale went through.I would definitely recommend Aaron to all my friends and family, as the person to deal with at Arbury.

Me and my brother went in and dealt with Danielle c she got me a great deal with a used 3008 and even looked after us and got some stuff sorted after the sale and got them fixed(minor issues) and even gave us a car until ours was ready to collect back! Would highly recommend Danielle , Alan and Richard! Great team at Arbury

Absolutely dreadful! Without question the wort experience buying a new car we’ve ever had.
We ordered a new electric 2008 it arrived a month late. Then on the morning we were due to collect we had a phone call saying they had ordered the wrong model and if we wanted the vehicle it would be an extra £1000 paid at once or a six month wait for the correct car.
Absolute joke 2 weeks before Christmas. The staff were largely very unhelpful with the situation and we would not use/recommend this woeful shower to anyone.
