HMS Pharmacy

Me & my partner go to this chemist at least once a week, if not more. All of the staff here are very helpful and friendly. i have been there many times when an old person has needed a rest and they have always offered a chair and a drink of water to anyone in need of it. The staff at this chemist make u feel at ease to ask about anything medical no matter how private. they also have a private consultation room, which is very useful. Best lufbra chemist!

Staff nasty. Ben the owner pharmacy don't want to know he stated in back room you ask for him he don't come to see you.ben is not a very nice man. The other reviews are staff doing the reviews what Ben told them to say. Don't go to that pharmacy I am changing to tesco pharmacy better staff but not brilliant. It's the truth.he set up a discount store in high street loughborough and he call it a pharmacy he was not a pharmacy next door to a charity shop no longer there then he became a pharmacy in baxter gate then on to high street where they are now. What a con man.

I went here Saturday morning after being woken up by an allergic reaction causing my right eye to swell almost shut. I'm not used to allergies, so i was panicked, visibly so. I arrived at the pharmacy expected to be helped but was laughed at by a women over the state of my face. She then brought a man from out of the back before finding someone from the back, a man who said I should just wait it out until Monday (despite me expressing more concern as I have an exam Thursday), he then said it was conjunctivitis - it was very clearly not. I went to the nearby boots pharmacy who took me seriously and gave me the help that I needed.

honestly the most rudest staff i’ve met. Never going here again. Continuously rolling their eyes, whenever I talked, would consider a different pharmacy than this one!!

The lady in the store was actually quite helpful and polite and recommended what I should buy to ease the itching off my daughters chicken pots, so in terms of knowledge - no problem. Down side - 300% more expensive than Sainsburys Pharmacy for exactly the samething. hence 1 star.

The manager the asion fella is absolutely lovely, very friendly & helpful & understanding, however he has a woman working there who has no clue on how to speak to people, she snaps, shouts & gets angry with you & sarcastic, I rang up asking to speak to her manager 1 day & she said how do you know I'm not the manager, I said well I want to speak to someone above you, she replied how do you know I'm not above everyone here, I shouted, you will get me your manager right now, she handed the phone to the lovely manager who was kind & understanding, he said he'd give me a complaint form,which I shall collect as soon as I'm no longer housebound, she should not be working in a place like that, there are many of us disabled not just physically but also mentally, it was a good job I was in a good frame of mind at the time or I could of been pushed into further depression which could of set my bipolar on the downwards spiral instead of the happy 1 I'm in at present, I believe that all people working with such delicate people should have training in mental health & learn of to speak to people in an appropriate manner, not looking down at them as if you have such power & think your above everyone, no one is above anyone, we are all equal
