Really friendly and extremely helpful, helped me sort out a major problem with my meds when they didn't have to as it wasn't their responsibility. Can't fault them in any way, certainly wont go anywhere else.

Medication is never ready on time, they never answer the phone because they're all to busy talk rather than sort people medicine

Not good enough and certainly not 'accessible' recently. Iv been stood out In a que of 11 people in the dark cold and rain when 8 months pregnant and back problems just to speak to someone and see if my prescription is in stock. They won't answer the phone so no other way around it. If they can't handle the volume they should send prescriptions back to gp so you can go elsewhere.

Questioned by a shop assistant over buying a box of sominex go too the doctor, hello he's too busy during a pandemic for petty can't sleep problems for someone who's working nights shocking customer service
