The worst pharmacy in chorley and I've been to most of them. Happy to brush you off in regards to prescriptions, don't have it, doctors haven't sent it etc. Very poor service

I've never had a problem here. Very helpful and friendly, a valued local amenity.

I love this little chemist. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have my prescription sent here electronically from my GP practice, and so does my dad, and we have never had any problems - very efficient service.

On two occasions I have had my wife's medication dispensed incorrectly. 1st occasion I was given the correct medication but double the prescribed dosage, the the 2nd occasion the totally wrong medication was dispensed. when I questioned the pharmacist why this happened the response was 'I'm only human' and was informed that the were short staffed. However patient safety is obviously not a priority of the pharmacist, it's shame because the rest of the staff are very helpful and very professional.
Double check any medication because no-one else is doing so as the consequences are unthinkable. Impossible to get any response from customer services

Every single member of staff at the Eaves Lame Chorley shop are absolutely amazing. Special mention for Hilary! They always go above and beyond to help and nothing is too much trouble. I would never want to go to any other pharmacy.
Well done and thank you to all for always helping me out during a very difficult time as I'm going through chemo.
